Certified Agile Project and Risk Mitigation (CAPRM®) is a professional certification program that equips participants with knowledge and practical skills in applying Agile Project Management principles and the Scrum Framework while managing risks throughout project execution.

Participants will learn how to identify, analyze, respond to, monitor, and mitigate risks, as well as capitalize on opportunities in dynamic and uncertain project environments. Through an applied learning approach, participants will understand Agile Values and Principles, the Scrum Framework, risk planning and management, risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning, and risk monitoring and control.

The program also covers product delivery, product planning, stakeholder collaboration, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and continuous improvement. Through these topics, participants are expected to develop the ability to manage projects more adaptively, deliver business value, reduce uncertainty, and improve project quality and performance.

CAPRM® (Certified Agile Project Risk Manager) recognizes professionals who demonstrate competency in identifying and assessing project risks, mitigating threats, capitalizing on opportunities, and applying Agile principles and project management practices in project execution.
